Ordering
Magic Darts offers secure ordering via our safe site. Once you click to the order page you will see a lock in the browser bar. This indicates that you are on a secure page for submitting your personal information including credit card info. Magic Darts values your privacy. We do not share your information with third party entities-ever.
You may call in your order if you'd like however; orders placed by phone, email or fax may take 1-2 business days longer to process. Please have your part numbers ready when calling in.
An order confirmation E-mail is automatically sent to you when the order is submitted. Please review this notification and notify us with address or item corrections.
Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. If you choose "Telephone/Mail In" instead of entering your card or paypal information, your order will be held until you call to make payment arrangements. You may also enter a note at checkout asking us to send a PayPal request.
Order Changes/Cancelations
Our system does not allow for changes to orders once they have been submitted. Please call us toll free 877-602-3278 option 2 to modify or cancel your order. You can also place an additional order and make a note to have it combined (if both orders are submitted prior to the cut off time). You may also e-mail wholesale@magicdartsinc.com with your changes. We attempt to ship orders within 1 business day, so calling to make changes would ensure expediency. Once an order is shipped, we cannot cancel or make changes.
Shipping/Delivery
Due to the deep discount on products you received, wholesale customers do not qualify for free shipping or the use of loyalty points. Packages will be sent via the shipping method chosen upon checkout.
We make every attempt to ship orders within 1 business day. Please note orders are not shipped on the weekend. All orders submitted after our 1pm cut off time on Friday PST will not be picked up until Monday.
An E-mail notification with tracking is automatically sent to the customer when the package is picked up by the carrier.
International orders may require extra verification. International shipping charges DO NOT include customs charges and/or Duty. Duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be pre-determined by Magic Darts. Orders shipped internationally may have longer transit times and may be difficult to track. USPS is typically the least expensive method, but it can take several days/weeks to arrive and have very little tracking information along the way. FedEx and UPS International options are typically faster and may be more expensive. Keep in mind that while all three services may charge duty, Fed Ex and UPS also charge a fee to clear the package through customers, so duty will be further increased with this fee attached. If you have a preference for a carrier, please note this on your order. Otherwise we will typically send international shipments via USPS International mail.
Delivery Times
USPS First Class Mail: Approximately 2 to 5 business days for delivery - NOT GUARANTEED
USPS Priority Mail: Approximately 2 to 3 business days for delivery - NOT GUARANTEED
UPS or FedEx Ground: 2-5 Business Days – NOT GUARANTEED
Please note: During the holiday season, express delivery times and ground or 3 day delivery dates may not be guaranteed. To be safe, always call to confirm delivery when time is of the essence.
Order Problems/Item Issues-Warranty
We do our best to ensure you get the right items but do realize that occasionally there may be a mistake. If you receive items that are incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can correct this issue.
Although most manufacturers warranty dart barrels within the first six months of ownership, this warranty is at their discretion. Should you note problems (defects) with new shafts, points (soft or steel), and flights upon receipt, please contact us immediately. These items are NOT under warranty after use. Defective product may be returned with prior approval for exchange or credit. All claims for defective product must be made within 15 days of receipt of the order.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns of items purchased unless they are defective or were sent due to an error on our part. If you receive an incorrect item, you must call within 15 days of receipt to arrange an exchange or credit. Exchanges or credits will be handled as quickly as possible, provided that:
- Prior approval is obtained from a wholesale representative (Via email or telephone)
- Incorrect items that are "blind" returned for a refund may experience a delay or be returned to you.
- Product is still in its original box and packing
- This includes any "sleeves" that go over the box
- Product has not been used (is in new condition)
- A credit to your account on file will be issued
